We are a full service contractor that
also provides facility support services, consulting, and preventive
maintenance programs. We take pride in
employing the best trained and skilled service technicians and skilled
labor. We provide all phases of facility maintenance and repair
services and 90 percent of our construction and development is
provided in house without the need to sub contract saving

you and your
company time and money. We also provide 24 hour emergency repair
service without the horrific hourly up charge. In our first year in managing Carlisle Companies Facilities, we cut
112,000.00 out of their north west IT divisions facility expenditures
through our LEAN management principals. We are licensed, bonded, and insured as a general contractor and
separately as an electrical contractor providing all your electrical
services in house. I myself, (Josh Harris) am a Certified Master Tradesmen and our head
