Behind the scenes is Erin - She’s been known to say that she, “Can’t imagine doing anything else.” - Marketing Manager, department wrangler, and the woman who graciously keeps our systems working seamlessly together.

Erin joined the BLP team in June 2024, after many years of working alongside us from the agency side, bringing with her more than 8 years in the trades.

Erin has a genuine love for hard work and truly cares about our team.

When she’s not working at BLP she’s heavy lifting, literally, and helping train other women through their fitness goals.
