Just a day trip from home, the stunning Icicle Gorge Trail near Leavenworth is putting on its annual spring show. Lupine, Arrowleaf Balsamroot, Glacier Lilies, and even the elusive Trillium are sprinkling color across the hillsides right now. Add in rushing river views and snow-capped mountains, and it’s hard to imagine a more beautiful spring hike in Washington.
