This E300 came in with multiple electrical faults, including an EIS (Electronic Ignition System) communication issue between the key and ignition, glow plugs activating randomly and draining the battery, and doors/windows not locking or operating properly.

The customer had already replaced the K40 relay block, but the issues persisted. After thorough diagnostics, we performed extensive electrical repairs and replaced the alternator, restoring proper communication, eliminating battery drain, and bringing all systems back to normal operation.
