Kitchen remodel complete. Brightened up this space and made it much more functional for this sweet homeowner. Working in these small older homes is a challenge to come up with a new layout that can be functional and maximize space. Now the refrigerator can open without hitting the peninsula, we added a pantry, venting for the stove and got the microwave off the counter. Keeping the light filled breakfast nook was essential and will be home to a small table and chairs for morning coffee.

Bathroom remodel before and after. This narrow bathroom presented a few design challenges. Our solution included a custom floating vanity between custom linen cabinets for storage and wall mount faucets to maximize space. A beautiful piece of stained white oak adds a bit of rustic charm and warmth while hiding the plumbing below.
