Today, we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of one of our own, Aarron Rector.
Aarron was a valued member of the Two Eight family for 22 years, leaving a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege to work alongside him. He was known not only for his dedication and leadership, especially as manager of our Water Well team, but for his kindness, compassion, and willingness to always lend a helping hand.
Aarron embodied the values of Two Eight in everything he did. He took pride in his work and in the people around him, always looking out for his team and encouraging others to succeed. The way he represented Two Eight is something we all strive for.
Beyond the job above all else, Aarron was a devoted father, husband, brother, son, and friend. His children, Landon and Ashton(Fuzz), were his greatest pride and joy, and our hearts are with them and the entire Rector family during this incredibly difficult time.
We are deeply grateful for the years we had with Aarron and the legacy he leaves behind. He will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
