Wynn & Associates Residential Design & Drafting Wynn & Associates is dedicated to providing high quality, permit & construction-ready blueprints for custom homes, additions, and remodeling projects.

Joseph Wynn (Owner) has a degree in Architecture from the University of Florida and is a member of the American Institute of Building Design. He has been designing homes and additions in the local area for more than 25 years and has also built homes as a residential contractor. He has presented at many of the annual Home Shows held at the Leon County Civic Center and participates in continuing edu

cation regarding building practices and Green design techniques. In 2007, Joseph Wynn was given an Award of Merit by the Tallahassee Trust for Historic Preservation for his design work on the restoration of the Hart House in Myers Park.
