Waller Park. The Florida State Capitol complex. 1000 squares of
Siplast Teranap waterproofing system with Parapro flashing and Wausau pavers and pedestals. We are also installing a leak detection system from International Leak Detection (ILD) .

University of Florida new undergraduate housing. 1200+/- squares of Siplast Parasolo feltback PVC adhered over Insucel lightweight insulating concrete.

Tallahassee LDS Temple. Sika Sarnafil 80 mil PVC roof system.
Fun note: These Temples can only be built in a capitol city and the members of the church have to get married in one of the temples.

Leon County Supervisor of Elections offices.

Jenkins is the construction manager for this project which includes, interior electrical, underground work, HVAC replacement, and of course most importantly the roofing.

We will be utilizing all local businesses for this project.

Barksdale Electric has been working to update the electrical inside including updating the generator wiring.

Stege Construction has handled the new sewer line and asphalt replacement.

Kelly Brothers Sheet Metal will be handling the replacement of all 13 rooftop units.

The roof has a metal deck which has a lot of deteriorated decking which we are priming with a rust inhibitive primer and then screwing new shop manufactured 22 guage metal decking on top. We are then covering with a Siplast Parasol PVC roof system with 2 layers of 2" ISO and a 1/2" cover board mechanically attached with the PVC fully adhered.

Halifax Medical Center, Daytona Beach.
1963 Building up next with a ton of penetrations that will be flashed with Siplast Parapro flashing resin.
Service building is basically done with it's beautiful new Paradiene 20/30 roof system with a bright white cap sheet.

Coming in to the home stretch at the Jacksonville International Airport. This project with a Siplast 20/30 Paradiene modified roof system turned out beautifully. The PPG Coroflan ADS paint on the courtyard mansard roof and the ticketing barrel roof gave the airport a much needed facelift.
We have really enjoyed working with the airport personnel and look forward to working with them on future projects.
