Ever wonder how we get landscape-lighting wire underneath a sidewalk? 💡

We use a pressure washer to create a small water path through the dirt, then guide PVC pipe beneath the concrete. Once the pipe reaches the other side, we can run the wire through without cutting into the sidewalk.

It can get a little muddy, but it keeps the finished installation much cleaner! 😅

Not every cleaning job calls for a pressure washer! 🧼

On this new-construction project, the rooftop surfaces are visible through the surrounding windows. We applied degreaser and cleaned everything by hand with rags and mops so we had the control this particular surface needed.

It takes longer, but doing the job correctly matters more than doing it quickly. We’re grateful to be trusted with projects like this!

For pitches like this, we use Pitch Hoppers as temporary platforms while working our way toward the fall-protection anchor. Once the harness is connected, the crew has better footing and reduced fall risk while moving around the roof.

It takes the right equipment, training, and setup. This definitely isn’t one we’d recommend trying yourself!

Most people do not realize how much the right lighting can change a property after dark. ✨

This system included uplighting for the trees, pathway lighting, and additional fixtures throughout the front and backyard. The installation took nearly 12 hours, followed by a nighttime adjustment to make sure each fixture landed exactly where it should.

A long day for the team, but the finished property made it worthwhile.
