Employee of the Month - November 2025

We would like to congratulate Steve Stanec on being our November Employee of the Month!

We would like to recognize Steve Stanec for his outstanding contribution to our recent annual billboard safety training. Steve not only brought a training dummy, which he arranged to borrow from the fire department with permission, but he also took the lead in running the training. He walked the team through different scenarios, explaining what to do in each situation and why those actions were necessary. This made the training highly interactive, practical, and easy to understand. It was the most productive billboard safety training we have had, and that success is largely due to Steve’s preparation, initiative, and leadership.
