RightWay Drilling and Scanning, a family-owned concrete cutting company, is seeking a full-time, in-office Office Manager to support daily operations and a team of 13 field employees.

This position is open due to a company transition and is ideal for someone with construction office experience who enjoys a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Dispatching and scheduling crews
• Payroll processing
• Billing & invoicing
• Lien waivers, permits, and compliance paperwork
• Clear communication with field teams
• Daily use of QuickBooks and similar systems

Ideal candidate:

• Has construction or concrete industry experience
• Is organized, proactive, and adaptable
• Thrives under pressure and changing schedules
• Strong communicator with office and field staff
