• Plan, assign, and supervise the daily tasks of the electrical crew, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that arise on site.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, project managers, and team members.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial electrical field.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
