The Mechanical Contractors Association of Central Florida has teamed up with UA Plumbers & Pipefitters Local Union 123 to sponsor the State College of Florida All Girls Manufacturing and Design STEM Camp! The camp is for girls entering 5th-9th grade in the Fall of 2021. It will be held at the SCF Bradenton campus July 12-16. Please email [email protected] for the application.

The Mechanical Contractors Association of Central Florida has teamed up with UA Plumbers & Pipefitters Local Union 123 to sponsor the Hillsborough Community College Robotics Camp for girls entering 6th-9th grade. The camp starts June 29 but there are still openings so please visit www.fl-ate.org/projects/camps.html.

In November, we donated over 1,000 pounds of food to help families for Thanksgiving. This month we donated over 100 items and 166 pounds of food to Metropolitan Ministries to help the community during the holidays. Thank you to the volunteers for their help to immediately give it to those in need.

The Toy Drive with UA Plumbers & Pipefitters Local Union 123 was a huge success! We were able to donate approximately 640 toys to two schools! Frost Elementary School and Mango Elementary School Thank you to everyone's generosity to be able to provide 640 children a toy for the holiday season!

Local 123 is hosting a Holiday Toy Drive for Frost Elementary School in Riverview. It is a Title 1 school and the families are in need of help for the holidays.
