In celebration of Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, we’re taking a moment to honor the incredible dispatchers who keep our community safe around the clock. This week, the 1-800BOARDUP of Tampa-Metro team had the privilege of visiting the 911 center to show some love to our local Headset Heroes. To every dispatcher and call-taker at Tampa Fire Rescue, thank you for your dedication, your sacrifice, and your unwavering commitment to service. You are the unseen backbone of our emergency response system, and we are deeply grateful for the vital work you do each and every day.

1-800BOARDUP of Tampa Metro proudly celebrates National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week by showing our appreciation to the dedicated professionals at Hillsborough County Fire Rescue and Tampa Fire Rescue Dispatch.

As a small token of our gratitude, we were honored to provide donuts, coffee, and a few small tokens for the dispatchers who work tirelessly behind the scenes, answering the call and helping keep our community safe every day.

The Clay Shoot Fundraiser was a huge success and a ton of fun for everyone involved. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support such an outstanding organization and connect with so many great people.

It was truly an honor this past Friday for 1-800BOARDUP of Tampa Metro to sponsor the All Responder Matters First Friday Breakfast.

This event is all about providing a hot meal and a moment of appreciation for the men and women who give so much of themselves every day in service to our communities.

It was an incredible day filled with camaraderie, community, and support for our local heroes.
