Position: Screener for Pool Enclosures / Lanai Patio Construction: Full-time

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Screen Enclosure Technicians/Builders. As a Screen Enclosure Technician/Builder at Screens of Tampa, you will play a crucial role in the construction and rescreening of pool enclosures and lanai structures. Your skills will contribute to creating outdoor spaces that enhance our clients' homes and lifestyles.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our experienced team to install new screens in pool enclosures, ensuring high-quality and durable installations that exceed client expectations.
- Construct lanai patio enclosures through measurements & cutting of aluminum with our trained crew.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and meets high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate project timelines and tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in rescreening pool enclosures or lanai construction is preferred, but we are willing to train individuals with no prior experience.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting and carrying materials.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in construction.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Handle lifting weight up to 60 pounds and able to climb ladders.
- Sign a safety protocol document for working in the field.
- Physical stamina to handle lifting and working in outdoor environments, including hot and humid weather conditions.
- Willingness to embrace our company's established methods and learn new techniques to improve your skills and expertise.
Compensation:
Compensation will be based on experience and skill level, ranging from $16 to $25 per hour. We value our employees' dedication and expertise, and we are committed to providing competitive compensation.
