Disruptive innovation can transform and reshape our preconceived conventions of what it means to trade in goods or service in the United States. Being in those free states, we are all given incredible opportunities to adopt the traditions that we accept in good faith, and shirk the ones that fall short of our own individual interpretation of the right to pursue happiness.
At R&R, we are proud to announce an experimental, new pricing structure that has never been offered or attempted by any other existing inspection company: Pay-What-You-Want Pricing. We, as Americans, are going through a difficult and obscure time, and many are making concessions and forgoing more and more just to get by; this change means that we are willing and able to adapt to times in the ways that we hope inspires others. Moving forward the cost of any inspection will be determined by a client's own assessment and judgement of the service rendered. Meaning, you, the client, can use your own metric of what the value of the time, energy, care, and reporting is. We've coined this a Faith-Based business model, not out of pride, but out of the truest definition of faith.
Under this model, we will provide the very same level of service, respect, and attention we feel every human being and their families deserve. Our mission statement has always driven us to treat all people, rich or poor, as if they were family, so this is the natural evolution of what we are and what we do. Our truest aim is to be of service to all people in need. This also means you can pay Pay-What-You-Can, no questions asked.
Our goal is to disrupt the current social contracts and growing inequality within the real estate industry by giving clients access to stress free quality reporting to protect themselves and their investments. This great experiment could end in fantastic calamity or permanently alter the way we interact within the systems that are in place to protect what is typically the largest investment a family will make-- their home. This Faith-Based pricing approach is meant to encourage the Tampa Bay community so families all across FL do not feel confused, intimidated, or threatened by the buying or selling real estate process or changing insurance regulations. Despite the risks implicit in this approach, we are energized and faithful that this is the proper path moving forward.
