Another project we are proud to be part of is the growing Welding Lab at Erwin Technical College, a program that continues to expand as demand for skilled trades rises across the construction industry.

Our community thrives when we invest in welders, construction apprentices, plumbers, electricians, and mechanical contractors — the men and women who quite literally build the future around us. These careers offer meaningful opportunities, financial stability, and a clear path forward for the next generation.

The vision of the School District of Hillsborough County is both practical and sustainable — investing in technical education that helps young people take their first steps toward successful, meaningful, and rewarding careers.

We are proud to continue collaborating with the same team on these efforts. When something works, we keep pushing forward — building on synergy, commitment to excellence, and dedication to the community.

We are proud to share the completion of the new Dental Lab at Erwin Technical College — a project that reflects what we do beyond residential design.

At DC Studio, we design homes, but we also bring extensive experience in educational facilities, technical training programs, and commercial spaces that directly impact our community.

This new dental lab is more than a classroom — it is a place where new futures begin. The program is supported by a great teacher and an incredible staff dedicated to helping students enter the workforce with dignity, commitment, and real opportunity.

Projects like this remind us why architecture matters — good design supports education, and education strengthens communities.

We are proud to have been part of this effort.
