In the Defense Industry, there is a lot of speculation and fear. K3 has been in business for 20 years, and we have been through some profound changes, some good and some bad. One thing I know for sure is that in any business or industry, you have to be willing to bend and change with the culture in which you live without compromising your principles. While sometimes it is difficult, we, as the K3 Team, do not believe in quitting. As a previous guidance counselor working with children, parents, teachers, and school leaders, I found a way that seemed to work well. Before meeting with teachers, parents, and children, I would tell them to come to the meeting with three solutions. So, I came to the meeting with three solutions, and they came to the meeting with three solutions, which would be a total of 12 solutions. I have had that same mentality in my business as we have navigated through many administrations, government changes, business changes, law changes...and much more. When you want to change your business, be willing to hear the solutions that best fit your business during this time. Instead of grumbling, think of how you work within the confounds set before you.
