Lonnie Tucker is the President and owner of Anchor Insulation of Central Florida, Inc. With over 25 years in the industry, he has the experience, knowledge and ambition to grow his company to the level it is at today. Prior to this endeavor, he was with Anchor Insulation Contractors, Inc. When the owners retired, Lonnie saw this as his opportunity to pursue and implement his ideas and the ideas of
his employees, in the field, to achieve the goals, he knew the company could. He purchased the company, changed the name to Anchor Insulation of Central Florida, Inc. and began to grow from there. Over the last five years, our gross sales have tripled and our customer base has grown dramatically. We continue to strive in customer service and hire only the most experienced insulators in the field. Our insulators are required to go through a four year apprenticeship program and become OSHA and IMSHA certified. They are also trained on various equipment such as high reaches, snorkel lifts, scaffold training, etc. and must attend several safety classes. We only use top quality material and all our labor and material is guaranteed. Some of our main customer base includes Walt Disney World, Inc., Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure theme parks, Duckworth Steel Boats, Inc., Amalie Arena, MacDill Air Force Base, Marathon Petroleum, Martin Gas and the Hillsborough, Pasco and Polk County School Systems. Lonnie Tucker is a Director of and we are proud sponsors of The Mark Tucker Foundation, Inc. which supports Hillsborough County Sherriff’s Office charities, Lynn Sowers Foundation, The Spring of Tampa Bay and the Humane Society of Tampa. Lonnie has also coached his daughter’s softball teams for twelve years and his son’s soccer and football teams.
