We are out at Keel Farms on a Tuesday afternoon drinking for a good cause and we have zero regrets. Every glass of their Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cider sends a portion directly to Feeding Tampa Bay to help fight food insecurity for kids this summer. You can also bring two boxes of cereal to the Keel Farms location and those donations go straight to Feeding Tampa Bay as well.

One cohort seat just opened up.

The TomCo Leadership Builder Intership Cohort is accepting additional applicants for one newly available spot.

This is not a traditional internship.

It is not a coffee-run, copy-machine, sit-in-the-corner-and-watch opportunity.

It is a front-row seat to what it actually looks like to build, lead, grow, market, protect, and scale a business in the real world.

Selected participants will shadow Tommy Whitehead, President & CEO of TomCo Solutions, and gain exposure to real conversations around entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, media, AI, finance, leadership, public relations, networking, risk, and the decisions that land on a CEO’s desk.

This opportunity is best suited for college juniors or seniors who are curious, professional, coachable, entrepreneurial, and ready to learn how business actually works outside the textbook.
