This three-story custom home has advanced from sitework and foundation preparation into full structural progress. With the concrete slab complete and the CMU block work finished, the first-floor structure is now in place and ready for the next stage of construction.

Scope & progress highlights:

✅ Underground plumbing installed prior to the slab pour
✅ Concrete slab poured, finished, and cured
✅ CMU structural columns and wall sections completed

This custom three-story residential build is continuing to move forward, with the foundation phase now completed and the first level beginning to take shape. What started as site prep and layout is now transitioning into visible vertical progress on site.

✅ Underground plumbing and slab prep completed as the project advanced toward the pour
✅ Concrete slab poured, finished, and cured, creating a solid base for the structure
✅ CMU block columns and wall sections now installed, defining the first-level structural footprint
✅ Elevated design continues to take shape, with the open first-floor garage layout becoming more visible
✅ Vertical structural progress is now clearly underway as the build moves beyond groundwork
