To many this may seem like something as simple as a cut table, assembly table or some metal and plywood. What you don’t see is the hard work, progress, long searches, the hundreds of jobs, the ceasing effort to build systems and processes and the many years it has taken to build a business. I see the many projects to come, the endless use, the peace of mind, flexibility, mobility and the never ending road to chase a dream. Always look beyond what you can physically see and look at where you started and where you are going. Constantly chase your dream, never reach the end of the road and create life that you never imagined you could have.

Picture one was around 9:30 this morning and picture two was at 6:00 pm. The work of one man and some tools to move and install a 37’ W14-26 steel I beam. Working towards a framing inspection so I can get this one closed in again. How did your day go? Never underestimate the power of a good material cart.

When your engineer specified a wet set post base you break out the plumb bob to find center so your post sits exactly where you want it to. Don’t underestimate the power of old school methods.

2/3 of the shower walls are tiled and all walls are waterproofed. Waiting on the new shower pan to come in to get this one finished. A lot of miters going in next week.

Demo day is always fun but sadly this shower is only three years old and as you can see was poorly installed, two layers of tile on the floor with an unnecessary thick mud bed that was done still incorrectly. No red guard over the hardy on the walls and screws through the membrane into the bottom plate. So many things wrong but not to much gamete to the walls around the shower.
