In this week's edition, despite her move to California, local entrepreneur and philanthropist Polly Raye’s spirit remains infused in downtown Taos.

The New Mexico Department of Transportation closed the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge to pedestrians on Monday (Sept. 22) following a surge in su***de deaths at the site, including the death of a Taos teen.

After being stalled out for years, the 30-year-old Chamisa Verde affordable housing development off Paseo del Cañon is moving forward in 3D — 3D printing, that is.

Finally, a growing chorus of parents and families are calling for the overhaul of domestic relations proceedings in Taos’ 8th Judicial District Court.
