Talken Green Lawn Care is a locally owned company offering customizable lawn fertilization programs and professional lawn mowing and maintenance. We are looking for a new full-time employee to add to our turf management crew. This individual must be responsible, have strong leadership skills, and a professional attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide lawn fertilization and w**d control services to residential and commercial customers
• Operate and calibrate ride-on spreaders and spray equipment
• Perform general maintenance on company equipment and trucks
• Diagnose and correct customer lawn issues
• Operate equipment and hand tools, such as skid steer, excavator, shovel, rake, ect.
• Install hardscapes, such as retaining walls and patio pavers
• Snow removal
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
• Valid driver license
• Category 3, Ornamental and Turf Pest Control License preferred, but willing to train and pay for the license as needed
• Must be punctual, have a strong work ethic, and maintain a good attendance record
• Must be able to work independently and with little supervision
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Work overtime as needed
• Lift/move up to 50 lbs.
