ANOTHER BIG JOB COMPLETED AND ANOTHER HAPPY CUSTOMER! 🛠️💼
We recently tackled a major drainage issue where a collapsed cast iron drain line was backing up a bathroom and laundry room. Instead of trying to patch up the old, failing system, we decided the best long-term solution was a fresh start!
Here is a look at what it took to get the job done right:
- The Blueprint: Abandoned the old, collapsed cast iron line entirely and mapped out a brand-new route.
- The Demo: Carefully pulled up the LVP flooring and cut through the concrete slab to dig a brand-new trench.
- The Upgrade: Ran entirely new, durable PVC drainage lines through the new trench for a reliable, long-term fix.
- The Restoration: After passing a final inspection, we backfilled the new trench, poured fresh concrete, re-laid the LVP flooring seamlessly, and reinstalled all the fixtures.
We pride ourselves on leaving a workspace as clean as we found it, so after a thorough final cleanup, this home was good as new! 🧼✨
