What Arry’s Roofing looks for in a roofing inspection.

1. Walk around the house to inspect all the existing structures and construction.

2. Examine the gutters, soffit and fascia for pre-existing issues or clues to what is going on.

3. Access points for our crews to make the job seamless, tidy and looking presentable each day during the project.

4. We document the entire property with photos before, during, and after the job.

5. Look for signs of previous repairs or installations that were done incorrectly or poorly that could be leading to the current conditions.

6. Examine the ridge vents, skylights, solar fans and any other accessory on the roof to ensure there are no current cracks, gaps, or malfunctions creating problems on the roof.

7. Count and measure all the vents and pipe boots.

8. Look for tree overhangs or shrubbery that can be leaving stains, rot or gutter debris, affecting the integrity of the roofing system.

Not all roof inspections lead to a roof replacement. Many issues can be repaired as smaller projects and keep your roof right and tight for a while. We also suggest a quarterly roof maintenance plan that upkeeps ongoing wear and tear to extend the lifetime of your roof. 🏠✔️
