We’re proud to celebrate the official completion of The Livery Guesthouse, a 120-year-old historic livery stable thoughtfully reimagined as an eight-room boutique hotel.

As construction manager, our team oversaw the renovation from start to finish, navigating the complexities of modernizing the historic structure while preserving its original character and history.

Projects like The Livery Guesthouse allow us to honor the past while building for what comes next. The project’s use of mass timber construction, including Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) and glulam columns and beams, brings modern structural innovation to the historic structure.

We’re proud of the work our team put into this three-year renovation and thankful for Santek Management, Little Architects, Charlestowne Group, and everyone who helped bring this historic property to life.

Thank you to the New York City Department of Design and Construction for highlighting the Mary Cali Dalton Recreation Center project and for Commissioner Ochoa's visit to the site. We're grateful for the opportunity to serve as the Design-Builder and appreciate the collaboration of everyone involved. We're grateful for the trust DDC has placed in our team and remain committed to delivering a project that will serve New Yorkers for years to come.

This week, Commissioner Ochoa visited the Mary Cali Dalton Recreation Center on Staten Island, where we continue to make progress.

The new 45,000-square-foot center will offer a variety of recreational amenities, including sports courts, four electric vehicle charging stations, an indoor-outdoor running track, and fitness and cardio rooms.

We are excited to deliver this facility, named in memory of beloved New York City Department of Parks & Recreation Chief of Recreation for Staten Island, Mary Cali Dalton, to the community.
