Within the distinctive Thousand & One office building at 1001 Water Street, The Perry Company recently completed a 3,000-square-foot tenant improvement for RSM, one of the nation's leading professional services firms.

Designed by Shive-Hattery, serving as both architect and engineer, the project features contemporary conference and training facilities, collaborative gathering spaces, and employee amenities. Architectural details, including custom ceiling treatments, expansive glass partitions, and thoughtfully selected finishes, create an environment that balances functionality with design.
