These are the "before" pix. The entire home was clad in T-1-11cedar siding. This was removed and replaced with hardie siding and stucco.
New PGT windows and sliders were installed through out, created new openings and columns at the front, new fiberglass entry doors, the front porch was rebuilt using Ipea. Replaced the soffits and installed durabrac brackets. The rear lanai was replaced and enlarged . Many structural modifications were necessary and challenging.
