Went to try to patch a small bathroom ceiling , come to find out there was a second layer of sheetrock added over the first, to hide the staining before 🙄 had to tear it all out full of mold , strapped the ceiling joist to bring it back down to height installed new green board and textured plaster. Leak on floor above has been address also JP& SON’S

Out with the old and in with this new front entrance landing and steps down. We put in some work getting the old cement cut and jackhammered away , to make room for the new framing. Installed deck tape, pvc skirt and trim , new decking , post sleeves and railings. JP& SON’S reach out so we can fix your deck so you’re ready for the summer season.

This 2,000 piece gazebo was fun to do and it looks awesome. We fixed some rotten wood inside a bay window, and water proofed the exterior and reinstalled the pvc trim. Mr. Dixon was great to work for , even had snacks,waters each day for the guys and me. Thank you Kevin Dixon

Finished up installing 900sq ft of new underlayment,flooring,matching molding, and thresholds in this basement. It matches the wood trim nicely. JP& SON’S

Replaced a client’s post and mailbox sleeve , after the FedEx truck took it out. The homeowner will install the mailbox when it comes in. This was a nice easy replacement. JP& SON’S.

Another bathroom transformation in the rear view. Removed the tub,tiles,and all the old and out dated , then we updated to a stand up shower with all new everything and added a nice ship lap to the remaining bathroom walls Client’s are very happy and so are we.💪 & SON’S
