Young Electrical Services is Hiring a Construction Project Administrator. Reach out to me if you are experienced as follows:
Permits, municipality inspections, submittals, materials, change orders and contracts close out documents
Constant contact with town inspection offices for scheduling and paperwork follow-ups
· Assist the department with basic administrative support
· Job and Work Order set ups per the Project Managers request
· Ensuring the proper paperwork needed for the job is entered in the data system
· Track Jobs to be closed for closeouts and warranty work & dates
· Scanning and classification of project documents
· Preparing transmittals, fax covers, and general correspondence as requested
· Assist Project Manager in scheduling
· Constant communication with Project managers for job statuses
· Updating of PM job lists and chasing information
· Fielding of Department phone calls when needed to assist in overall department operation
