A Few Words About Our Company

In 1989, AIP opened in a small two-building manufacturing and sales facility in North Dighton, Massachusetts. It was here that a small group of dedicated people began producing high quality insulated panels and cold storage doors. Later, the company became a turn-key solution to one’s freezer and cooler needs by adding design and installation to its capabilities. We planned the job, manufactured the panels and doors, delivered them on our trucks, and installed them with our own crews. Our customers found trust in our sole source capability.

The business grew, but the labor intensity of our manufacturing process was holding us back. Manufacturing costs were high, and we couldn’t make the panels fast enough to keep up with our ever increasing orders.

In 1995, we invested in a state-of-the-art panel manufacturing machine. This new technology increased our capacity five fold. In addition to this increased panel manufacturing capacity, we expanded our production of components such as cold storage doors and prefabricated trim. In 2003 we moved into a larger facility in Taunton, MA where we remain today. This 30,000 square foot facility allows us to run our panel manufacturing equipment, build doors, make trim, hand craft specialty panels and ship the complete job.

Today, we are the largest manufacturer and installer of insulated panels in the Northeast. Our sales staff has over 62 years of combined experience and our installation crews have over 150 years of combined experience.
