Please join us in congratulating Dylan Kicia on his promotion to Senior Account Manager! Dylan joined ESI in the fall of 2019 after graduating college, beginning his career with us as a Marketing & Sales Coordinator. He later transitioned into a full-time sales role as an Account Manager, where he has played an important role in the continued growth of our Service and Small Projects Division. As Senior Account Manager Dylan will continue to focus on building relationships throughout the New England market with a focus on HVAC project sales. Outside of ESI, Dylan enjoys golfing, running, and spending time with family. Congratulations, Dylan, we’re excited to see all that you’ll accomplish in your new role.

Join us in celebrating Jim Letourneau, Senior Project Manager, on an incredible 25 years with ESI! In 2001 Jim started as a Sheet Metal Apprentice, here at ESI earning his license in 2005. He quickly stepped into a leadership role as a Sheet Metal Foreman, running work in the field before transitioning into Project Management around 2012. Over the past 25 years, Jim has continued to grow with ESI, bringing years of experience, leadership, and dedication to our team and projects. We’re grateful for everything he has contributed to ESI over the years! When he’s not at work, Jim enjoys beach vacations, cooking on the weekends, and spending time with his family. Joseph brings previous experience in payroll within the construction industry, along with HR experience in hospitality. He studied Human Resources at Fitchburg State University and recently earned his MBA this past December. Project Spotlight, Special Projects Group – Plumbing Division: When a hospital in Rhode Island experienced domestic hot water capacity and performance issues, ESI's Special Projects Group delivered a complete system upgrade—without disrupting patient care. Our team replaced the existing gas-fired water heaters with a 3.7 million BTU steam hot water generator, designed by our in-house engineering team and connected directly to the hospital's high-pressure steam plant. Through careful planning, custom prefabrication, and precise ex*****on, we maintained uninterrupted domestic hot water service and steam sterilization throughout the project, resulting in zero disruptions to hospital operations. With over 25 years of construction experience, he began his career building homes in Los Angeles before advancing into leadership roles as a Carpenter Foreman, General Contractor Project Manager, and most recently, Mechanical Project Manager. He also managed multiple higher education projects at URI and Brown University. Matt is looking forward to growing with ESI, building new relationships, and continuing to make an impact in the industry. Environmental Systems Inc. was honored to serve as the Title Sponsor of the 1st Annual Christopher J. Burns Memorial Golf Tournament, better known as the Burny Tourney. Hosted by Chris's family and friends at Foxborough Country Club, the tournament brought together 128 golfers, countless volunteers, and an incredible community of sponsors to celebrate Chris's life and legacy.
