We’ve had a few homeowners recently get a partial approval from insurance and basically think, “Well, I guess that’s it.”

It’s not always it.

We went back through the claims, looked at the details, found some things that weren’t fully accounted for, and went back to insurance with it.

The result? Full approvals came back shortly after.

That’s honestly a big part of what we do. We’re not just here to inspect the roof, file a claim, and wait. If something doesn’t look right with an insurance decision, we’re going to dig into it and see if there’s more that should be covered.

Flew the drone over this one after we wrapped it and had to sit with it a second.

This roof was standard architectural shingle before we got here. Nothing wrong with that, it's what's on most roofs. But the homeowner wanted the house to read different from the curb, so we went with CertainTeed Grand Manor.

Grand Manor is CertainTeed's top of the line designer shingle. It's built to mimic natural slate, thicker profile, deeper shadow lines, and it just sits different on a roof than a standard architectural. You can see it in the drone shots, the way the light catches those staggered courses. One of my favorite jobs to shoot because the difference is obvious on the ground or up in the air.
