Two Cedar Lake projects came together nicely in Oscoda,MI!

We were able to get the retaining walls poured and complete the 8’ basement across the street. It was a great day of sunshine and pumping concrete last Thursday!

I was able to capture some drone photos during the cleanup process. Now we wait for waterproofing, plumbing, and backfill on the foundation. Once that’s complete, we’ll return to pour the two 4’ garage walls and finish the floors.

Another big step forward for these projects, and we’re looking forward to getting back out there soon!

Concrete season is officially in full force. Another hole ready in Williamsburg, MI along with a small garage floor poured up at Intermediate Lake, MI and a shed pad in Oscoda, MI.

We now have 5 total foundations going in across 4 different locations with holes dug everywhere:

• Oscoda, MI
• Traverse City, MI
• Bay City, MI
• Sand Lake, MI

Grateful for the continued support and the opportunity to stay busy across Michigan. Time to keep pushing and pouring. We appreciate the Customers patience as the year is just now starting to really take off!

30’x40’ Floor went down yesterday up in Traverse City.

Patios poured in the fall, back this week to finish the retaining wall and fire pit seating. Gotta say—we’re loving the winter concrete schedule.

Yesterday we wrapped up the foundation pier install for Bliss Cannabis, completing a total of 83 piers. Every pier was precisely located and shot in using our total station to ensure perfect accuracy across the entire layout.

Another solid week before Thanksgiving over at Z Concrete Construction LLC. Lots more work moving into this winter weather….

Ga***rd, MI: 35’ x 55’ mono slab with 42” footings — finished under the lights.
Manton, MI: 28’ x 40’ crawl space is going in this coming week.
Oscoda / Cedar Lake, MI: Hole is dug and prepped for a new basement coming soon.
