Catching up on weekend emails and texts! Preparing for our fall and winter season! ❤️

As a small business owner/operator time can seem to fly! Daily operations and tasks can seem overwhelming, it’s not uncommon to have over 30 texts, 15 voicemails to respond to, 20 emails to write and 15 Facebook messages daily! This is a great problem to have and we are blessed to have the support of many people, but I want folks to know if we have a mishap with communication and if we miss a call or text it’s never out of negligence but sometimes things can fall thru the cracks when I am handling this amount of volume. I’m sure this rings true for most of our local small businesses!

We have so many great clients and we appreciate all of you who allow us to be your outdoor service provider!

Here is a statement on why we only provide seasonal rates for snow removal! Hope this can clear some questions up that we have gotten about or snow removal service!

Property Shepherds Outdoor Services offers snow and ice management exclusively through seasonal agreements rather than per-push service. To provide dependable service throughout the winter, we must prepare well before the first snowfall by reserving equipment, purchasing salt, maintaining trucks and plows, arranging backup equipment, scheduling operators, and assigning each property to a specific route.

A seasonal agreement allows us to dedicate the necessary labor, equipment, and materials to your property for the entire winter. It also gives our customers predictable pricing and priority service without having to request service or approve a charge every time it snows.

Because these costs and commitments exist whether the winter is light or severe, per-push service does not provide the consistency needed to properly staff and prepare our routes. Seasonal pricing allows us to remain ready for every winter event and provide reliable service when our customers need it most.

Wow! 🤩🏡❤️

What a restoration! Bryce tackled this rebuild of this retaining wall, he removed the old wall and replaced it with a tan stone, to enhance the tans on the home, and added black mulch and two hydrangeas for added color within the beds. This was his first large solo landscaping project and he killed it.

Great job Bryce!
