We have an immediate opening for an experienced and reliable Masonry Restoration Specialiast. The ideal candidate should have experience in working a variety of commercial jobs as a Project Lead. Tasks will include repointing, caulking, cleaning and patching of masonry, brick, block, stone, concrete, EIFS / stucco. Other tasks include the application of waterproof repellents, paints and other specialty coatings.

You must be prepared to travel to job sites and work outdoors in counties including and surrounding Lackawanna and Lucerne. You must be comfortable working on aerial lifts, scissor lifts, pipe and swing scaffolding and ladders. You will occasionally be required to transport job materials in a company vehicle.

Additional duties include keeping an accurate daily construction journal and supervision of other personnel.

The ideal candidate must have a valid drivers license de and should be able to pass a criminal background check to work certain facilities.

Compensation can range from $25 to $40 per hour depending on work ethic, skill set and experience. Terms will be agreed upon mutually before employment begins.
