This detached four-car garage was thoughtfully designed to complement the existing home and feel like a natural part of the property. Its hip roof and centered dormer create a towering pitched gable among the trees, giving the garage a strong, classic look.

CertainTeed Landmark Moire Black architectural shingles were selected to match the existing house, while coordinating hip-and-ridge shingles provide a clean, finished appearance. Beneath the surface, synthetic underlayment, ice-and-water protection, starter strips, drip edge, and carefully installed flashing provide lasting protection from the elements.

Proper venting is provided by a 1,500 CFM power roof-mounted attic fan, helping release excess heat and humidity. Every roofing detail brings together durability, performance, and timeless curb appeal.

A 1997 Thornblade Master Bath, Completely Reimagined

This Thornblade master bathroom was ready for an update, and the finished space now blends timeless elegance with thoughtful, custom-built functionality. The renovation included reworking the existing layout to create a more open and luxurious master bath. By relocating the freestanding soaking tub, we were able to make room for an expansive 8-foot by 4-foot walk-in shower, dramatically improving both the flow and functionality of the space. The new layout allowed each element of the bathroom to feel more intentional while creating the bright, spacious atmosphere the homeowners were looking for.
One of the standout features is the custom-built, furniture-style vanity with an integrated seated makeup desk. Cream-painted, raised-panel cabinetry provides extensive drawer and cabinet storage, while a tall accent cabinetry tower separates the sink vanity from the makeup area. The vanity is finished with a marble-look countertop and backsplash, undermount sink, polished-chrome fixtures, a large rounded-corner mirror, overhead vanity lighting, and a cushioned stool tucked neatly into the centered knee space.
The expansive 8-foot by 4-foot shower became a true focal point of the new design. Full-height, large-format marble-look tile creates a dramatic, seamless backdrop, while the coordinating marble mosaic floor adds texture and visual interest underfoot. A frameless glass enclosure keeps the space feeling open and airy, showcasing the two wall-mounted showerheads, ceiling-mounted rain head, and polished-chrome fixtures throughout. A long recessed niche offers beautifully integrated storage, while floating triangular corner benches add both function and a custom architectural touch. Every detail was designed to make the shower feel spacious, sophisticated, and truly luxurious. Paired with the relocated freestanding soaking tub and bright, classic finishes, this renovation gave the original 1997 bathroom a fresh new life while keeping the space sophisticated, comfortable, and timeless.

For this detached 3-car garage in Simpsonville, we began by clearing the site, preparing the lot, managing drainage, and excavating for a foundation designed to support over 1,500 square feet of finished space.

Once the slab was poured, our framing crews got to work bringing the structure to life. Watching a project rise from the ground is one of the most rewarding parts of the building process.

This isn’t just a place to park vehicles. It’s being built as a fully finished, climate-controlled extension of the homeowner’s property.
