Another project moving along out in Copperton 🔧💧

This week we completed a basement rough-in, getting everything prepped and ready for the next phase of the remodel.

Our crew relocated and installed new plumbing for a full basement bathroom, including toilet, lavatory, and a custom shower setup. We also roughed in a kitchen island sink, ice maker box, and laundry room, along with running new water lines where needed.

To top it off, we upgraded and extended the gas system, installing new lines to properly serve the basement and tie into the existing system.

Everything is set clean, laid out right, and ready for the next step 👌

Back at it this week in Midvale working on Gerry’s Taco 🌮🔧

Our crew completed the underground/sub-rough phase, getting all the critical plumbing in place to keep this restaurant build moving forward.

We handled excavation, tied into existing sewer and grease lines, and ran new main piping and branches, along with cleanouts for access. The project included roughing in two unisex restrooms, multiple floor drains, floor sinks, mop sink, and kitchen drainage systems to support the full commercial kitchen setup.

Everything is laid out clean, flowing right, and ready for the next phase 👌

Another home upgraded in Salt Lake City 🔧💧

This week our crew completed a full home repipe along with key drainage upgrades, giving the homeowner dependable plumbing and better flow throughout the house.

We installed new Uponor Type A PEX piping (25-year manufacturer warranty), upgraded the main shutoff and pressure reducing valve, added new freeze-proof hose bibs, and updated water heater connections with an expansion tank. New hot and cold lines were run to bathrooms, kitchens, laundry areas, and fridge ice maker locations.

On the drainage side, we replaced undersized kitchen and washer drain stacks, installed new 2" drain lines for both upstairs and downstairs kitchens, and set a new properly sized washer drain with p-trap and washer box.

Selective sheetrock access was handled carefully to keep disruption to a minimum and the home protected 👌

Another clean repipe and a happy homeowner.

Nice progress out in Kearns this week 🔧💧

Our crew completed a light commercial sub-rough for Salt Lake Laws, handling light excavation and installing new underground plumbing to get the space ready for the next phase of construction.

We ran new water service into the mechanical room, installed sewer piping and branches, set cleanouts, and roughed in multiple ADA restrooms, floor drains, a drinking fountain, mop sink, and break room sink.

This phase also included installing oil waste lines and trench drains with traps, cleanouts, and venting to support the building’s operational needs.

Everything is laid out clean, graded properly, and ready for concrete so the project can keep moving forward smoothly 👌

Back out in Salem working on the Daylight Donuts build 🍩🔧

This week we completed the rough-in phase after finishing the underground work earlier in the project. Our crew installed the water lines, set up the plumbing for the restroom, and roughed in the kitchen area so all the equipment and sinks will be ready for final connections.

It’s always fun helping new local businesses come together. Looking forward to seeing this place open and serving donuts soon!

Kicked off a tenant improvement sub-rough for Daylight Donuts in Salem 🍩🔧

This one had an existing slab, so we handled light excavation, saw cutting, and trenching to get all the underground plumbing in place.

Installed new sewer and grease lines, set floor drains and sinks, and roughed in the bathroom and kitchen areas. Everything is in, clean, and ready for patch back so the project can keep moving forward 👌

Just wrapped up a fun one for Cold Case Ice Cream in Springville 🍦🔧

This portion was the final plumbing for their specialty ice cream production, and it came together awesome.

We installed:

❄️ Chiller lines to keep everything at the perfect temp for production

💨 Compressed air lines to run their equipment efficiently

🧪 Tri-blend station for their specialty ice cream process

🔥 Tankless water heater for endless hot water on demand

🚻 Finished out the bathroom with clean, professional fixtures

🚰 Installed a drinking fountain for staff and customers

Everything is dialed in and ready for them to start cranking out some seriously good ice cream 🙌

Big shoutout to the team for knocking this one out clean and on schedule. Always love being part of local businesses getting up and running.
