We are hiring an Experienced Carpenter (frame and finish) and a Project Manager!
Experienced Carpenter:
•Framing of remodels
•Finish carpentry
•Punch list items
•Demo
Project Manager:
•Oversee day to day work on job sites
•Schedule sub-contractor(s) to keep build timeline flowing
•Sourcing and calculating amount of material(s) needed
•Report to the team on next steps or any issues
•Assist with customer meetings: from initial contact to end of build
•In field construction experience and knowledge of current building codes is a must
*Carpentry skills a plus!
*Estimating skills a plus!
Drivers license with a clean background required for both positions.
