Let’s continue with the home tour that will be on the Showcase of Remodeled Homes hosted by the on October 4th and 5th from 12-5 p.m.
Primary bedroom: We removed the tray ceiling and added walnut slats behind the bed and up the ceiling with backlit lighting for a more modern feel. Added a linear fireplace with a Venetian plaster surround, walnut shelves, and a bench next to the fireplace. The walnut adds such a warm touch to this room, and the lighting creates a cozy ambiance.
Primary bathroom: We removed the tub and the shower wall to make the space feel more open. To enhance the openness, we positioned the tub within the shower and enclosed it with a full glass wall. The textures in this shower are simply exquisite! The sinks in the double vanities are crafted from the same countertop material, creating a seamless and modern feel.
Primary closet: We completely renovated this space to display the homeowner’s wardrobe. There are full glass doors, tilted and lit shoe shelves and added lighting throughout to really give this space the elevated feel it deserves. This closet is truly extraordinary!
Laundry room/mudroom: We removed the side-by-side washer and dryer and replaced them with a stackable set, which allowed us to add more storage. We also added rounded slats on all the walls of this space to add dimension and create a visually appealing entrance when you walk in from the garage. Additionally, we installed a dog’s food and water bowl station with a pot filler, so you can fill up the water bowl right there.
