We were recently tasked with providing this new construction home in Saline with a brand new lawn! In the second picture you can see the transformation from dense weeds and rock hard clay, to a grass seed ready environment. We created this space by breaking up the existing clay, adding desperately needed top soil, and supplying this new soil with proper nutrients to help promote grass growth.
This client also wanted to add underground downspout pop-up drains rather than traditional downspouts. We spread 250lbs of premium grass seed which we should start to see sprouting beautiful green grass in 14-21 days!

My new friend Jack was the biggest help and I couldn’t have done it without him! He would tell his mom and dad that he needed to get the yard ready for Mr. Bryce! Thanks for your help digging and running the bobcat Jack!
