🏠 HIRING: Experienced Framers (Topeka to Manhattan, KS) 🏠

​We are looking for skilled Residential Framers for work in the Topeka and Manhattan area!

​💰 Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 / hour (1099 Contractor)

✅ Requirements:
●​3–5 years of professional residential wood framing experience
●​Must provide Proof of General Liability Insurance
●​Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
●​Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors

🎯​Key Responsibilities:
●​Read and interpret residential blueprints.
●​Construct wood wall frameworks, floor joists, and roof trusses.
●​Ensure all structures meet residential building codes.

​🚀 What We Offer:
●​Prompt bi-weekly 1099 payments
●​Steady residential projects
●​Local work—within roughly an hour of Topeka, majority will be in Topeka area
