Our shower system is the Schluter Kerdi. This video shows the difference in how far the systems have come. It’s backed up by a 10 year or even a limited lifetime labor and materials warranty. That says a lot about the system.

Manufactured homes come standard particle board subfloor. That’s always problematic when moisture gets involved. This one the bathroom floor was ready to cave in. Removed compromised substrate, installed exposure 1 subfloor and new flooring.

Laminate counters and backslash we did a while back. Sometimes laminate counters can save on cost. Sometimes a basic granite can run same or just over.

Went to a clients house in Shawnee to do some wall repair. When we removed the drywall we discovered the house structure was built out of WW2 ammunition crates!

Client wanted to add a window where someone had built a wall over existing windows. 🤦🏻‍♂️
Oh brother.
We removed the siding and found that someone had built a wall without removing old garage door. 🤦🏻‍♂️.
So we quarantined the area to minimize dust and rebuilt a new window area.
