You may remember our recent post about the large rock lodged in a sewer line. That was Thomas's home, and we're happy we were able to get everything taken care of.

Jeff helped my family with a major plumbing issue after a large rock became lodged in our main sewer line. It was a difficult job, but he approached it with patience, determination, and professionalism from start to finish. He attacked the problem from every angle and never gave up until it was resolved.
His communication was excellent throughout the entire process. He arrived on time, kept me informed, and clearly explained what was happening and why. Since I wasn't familiar with septic and sewer systems, he took the time to educate me, walk me through the different options, and help me understand the best approach instead of simply doing the work and leaving.
What stood out most was that Jeff genuinely cared about helping us solve the problem. As a veteran, I especially appreciated that he worked with me on the pricing and treated my family with fairness and respect. His knowledge, integrity, and work ethic were evident every step of the way.
