A 2025 project. This patio was fairly clean with outdated walls and settling all over the surface. We removed all the walls and deconstructed nearly the entire patio. We built new surrounding walls, back-filled, compacted layer by layer, relaid the old pavers, capped the walls, installed polymeric sand, and finished with landscaping. This took all of my twenty years of experience to bring it all together perfectly.

This small project was a pleasure. The patio was sunken off the border wall and had numerous low spots where puddling occurred. After washing all the sand joints and surfaces, I began to pull pavers up. This patio needed to be completely plained out to match the outside block and cap. Sanded, compacted, and wet in to finish.
