Pour day on a Full Circle jobsite.
What you’re looking at is the part most builders skip past — the prep before the truck shows up. Forms set, rebar tied, drain pipe laid, gravel in. Five French drains routed around the perimeter of the house, pulling water away from the foundation before it ever has a chance to pool.
Most builds get one drain. Two if the lot grades funny. This one’s getting five — because we’ve seen what happens to the houses where nobody bothered.
You don’t get to come back and add this later. It’s the kind of decision the next owners won’t know was made — until twenty years from now when their foundation isn’t moving and they don’t know why.
Same crew did the dig, the trenches, the gravel, the pipe, and now the forms. Foundation to finish. No subs.
Concrete goes down today. Stories up all day. Full Reel drops tomorrow night.
