ATC successfully constructed (2) 50’ x 42’ AWWA D100 water storage tanks featuring aluminum geodesic dome roofs.

The project reached substantial completion with exceptional quality and workmanship, meeting all performance and design expectations.

Throughout the duration of the work, the team maintained an outstanding safety record, achieving zero recordable incidents. This accomplishment reflects a strong commitment to safety, planning, and ex*****on.

The effort was further strengthened by collaboration with a reliable general contractor who provided consistent, full-scale support, enabling efficient progress and a high standard of delivery across all phases of the project.

Associated Tank Constructors has reached 1,445 days without an OSHA recordable incident.

From the first layout to final inspection, safety drives the work. It is part of every phase of construction and every responsibility carried by our crews in the field.

Reaching 1,445 days reflects the consistency, discipline, and professionalism our team brings to each project. It represents daily accountability and a shared commitment to doing the job the right way.

ATC crews have made significant progress on the 95 ft² aluminum structure cover installation. Panel placement is well underway, and the structure is now clearly taking shape across the full perimeter of the site.

The team continues to prioritize safety, precision, and quality workmanship as each section is secured and aligned. Attention to detail remains critical at this stage to ensure long term performance and structural integrity.

👷 Hard Hat Highlights
𝗣𝗣𝗘 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸
When crews are on site, personal protective equipment is the last line of defense. Making PPE checks part of the daily routine helps prevent injuries before work even begins.

Before stepping onto the site:
✅ Hard hats fitted and secured
✅ ANSI Z87.1 Eye protection clean and worn at all times
✅ High visibility gear visible from every angle
✅ Gloves appropriate for the task
✅ Hearing protection used when required

PPE only works when it’s worn correctly and consistently. Taking a moment to check your gear helps keep everyone safe and the job moving forward.

Associated Tank Constructors, Inc. has begun a new project for a trusted client in Los Gatos, California. Project crews successfully constructed a 17-foot diameter by 11-foot-tall tank and strategically moved it into its final position with the support of a subcontractor.

The project is now progressing into the final phases, including tank anchorage, coating application, and insulation installation.
