Phase 2 is underway at this Temecula home—and we’re taking things outside! 🔨🔥

The crew is removing the existing outdoor fireplace and breaking out concrete to make room for a backyard transformation. This is just the beginning, and we’re keeping the finished design under wraps for now. 👀

Call us old-school, but we still believe in hot mop. 💪🔥

There are plenty of newer shower waterproofing systems out there, but a properly installed hot-mopped shower pan is still our go-to at Hammertime 24/7 Inc.

The tile gets the attention, but what’s underneath matters just as much. Proper prep, attention to detail, and doing it right before anything gets covered up. 🔨

Rough plumbing is underway at our Temecula remodel 🔧

We’re installing drain lines beneath the slab, running water lines through the walls, and setting shower valves for the new layout. These are the details you won’t see when it’s finished—but they’re what make everything work.

This 749 sq. ft. detached ADU in Chino is moving into the stucco phase. Stucco is applied in stages—from the scratch coat to the brown coat and final finish—and each step helps prepare the exterior for what comes next.
