Here at Urgent Care Plumbing we like to help people. We recently received a call from a neighbor asking us if we could help fix their toilet. We of course said yes and went to their home. When we arrived it turned out to be a RV toilet as they live off grid in paradise. Now, most plumbers would just turn around and walk away. (House plumbing is different than RV plumbing) But we couldn’t leave her with no toilet. So we pulled it apart and after looking at the manufacturer’s website and several YouTube videos,(it’s a great first resource) we were able to determine a plastic mechanism broke inside the toilet. We got online and found a replacement and had it out the next day. It was a great resolution. Our neighbor has a working toilet and we learned something new!!!
