just finished this quad gable pavilion for Osvaldo Lara. He had a set of prints and a budget. Original design was outside of that budget. I redesigned nearly the entire thing and got it down into a good range for both of us. He had lower bids but went with me because two others had mentioned my name and I stayed vigilant in the process to provide this service asap. Enjoy the photos.

This job was incredible. We did Framing, Siding, decks, decking, railing, doors, windows, Timber work, shed, and even a little bit of dirt work. We got to feed the local deer out of our hands and had some nice stays in a few different cabins. Prescott is amazing. Built this home for an architect and he has produced some of the best referrals ever due to the great work of my crew members.

Got to work on this 3D mini Golf in Sedona. Pulled some crazy Hours. Pulled an all nighter the first night to help these guys get the entire subfloor built. Then came back to do some drywall, paint, texture, fixtures, etc. Beautiful town if you can look past the 10 roundabouts.
